How can I pay for my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot make any changes once you have completed the checkout process since we send your order directly to our partners. However, you can easily place another order if you want to add an item.

How can I purchase Greenland Store gift card?
You can purchase a Greenland Store Gift card here. During the purchase, you can state yours or the person who you want to give the gift card email address so we could send the gift card.

How do I use my gift card?
You shop in our store as you normally do and during check out you will be asked to apply gift card code. You don’t need to use all amounts during one shopping, you can do it over a few shoppings until you don’t have any money left in your gift card. 

2. Shipping

Can the parcel be delivered to any country?
Yes, we have international shipping. Items can be shipped in most of the countries worldwide.  Check shipping possibilities at the check out process. 

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

When am I going to receive my order?
Delivery time varies from delivery address. Some of our items are made and shipped close to you in order to reduce carbon footprint and reach you fast. However some of the products need to be shipped from Greenland. Usual delivery time various between 3-20 days.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us by doing the following: 

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Ask your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

What happens if order is failed to deliver?

If shipping company is not able to deliver your package because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by you, it will be returned to us. 

We will contact you if it happens. You will have 15 days to reconfirm your address and cover shipping fees. So please double check your delivery address before confirming your order. 

What if my order arrived damaged? 

We are sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. If damage arrived with your order please contact us by xxx@greenlandstore.gl  with quality pictures where we can see the issue, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. Please contact during 2 weeks after delivery. We will be happy to assist and reship product for you.

I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?
Don’t worry! It is normal. If you order more than one product from different brands we may have sent you your items in separate parcels.

3. Returns

What products can be returned?
Currently returns are available for Great Greenland, Bibi Chemnitz, Qiviut brands.

What is the return policy?

You have 14 days to return goods bought on the Greenland store- The return costs are paid by the customer. The returned item amount will be returned to the credit card account used when buying the order online.

Who is responsible for returns?

Returned items are customer responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! 

We advise you to use the same package we send to you, however please do not attach tape to any of the products. 

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us, ensure that you get proof of postage (tracking number) in case you need to contact us about your return. 

All returned products shall be returned in its original condition and shall only be returned with original tags and packaging and unused. All returns should include the receipt you received with your original delivery.

Can I exchange my item?
At the moment Greenland Store doesn’t offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

When could I expect my refund after returning goods?
It usually could take up to 15-30 days from the date we receive your parcel.
